板豆腐 Firm tofu—200g
蒟蒻絲 Konjac noodles—200g
碗豆(汆燙過) Snap peas,blanched—6片

味淋 Mirin—100cc
砂糖 Sugar—2大匙
醬油 Soy sauce—70cc
日式高湯 Dashi—500cc
